Q. What Solutions do you use on my windows and are they harmful to my home?
A. We use a diluted amount of dish soap and calcium remover, that will have no affect on your windows, sills or siding.
Q. How many times a year should I have my windows cleaned?
A. What is best for the quality of your home is twice a year. Having your windows cleaned in the spring is great for summer and your fall cleaning will give you a clear view throughout winter.
Commercial properties should be on a quartlery schedule with us.
Q. What areas do you operate in?
A. We operate in all areas within 70 miles of Traverse City.
Q. How far in advance should I schedule my cleaning?
A. I recommend you call as soon as you have a desired date for your windows to be cleaned. The sooner the better.
Q. Do I need to be home for you to clean my windows?
A. You can schedule us for the time that works best for you. If you are not home we can prearrange payment or invoice you for the service.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Squeaky Clean carries a 2 million 4 million liability policy and workers compensation.
Q. How do you clean my second and third story windows?
A. We prefer to clean all windows under 32' with ladders. It is the only way to get your windows truly clean. Extension polls may be faster but the quality is not there. Buildings
Larger than 32' will be cleaned with a lift and harness.
Q. Do you clean new construction and replacement windows?
A. We work with local construction companies, home owners and can accommodate any window cleaning needs.
Q. What happens if it rains?
A. If the weather is not cooperating on your day of cleaning we will
reschedule the cleaning to our next available opening.
Q. Do you offer free estimates?
A. We look forward to giving you a free estimate so you can see how affordable it can be to keep your windows Squeaky Clean year round.
Q. When do you stop cleaning windows for the season?
A. We clean commercial accounts year-round but stop cleaning residential windows when the temperature gets below freezing. Usually we're done cleaning in December.
